All our main teaching staff are highly qualified; we require a minimum of university bachelors degrees along with TEFL, TESL or TESOL certifications. We also ensure the safety of students by guaranteeing that all our teaching staff are SCRC (sexual conviction record check) cleared.
Because we use the Incremental English Time method of teaching, we employ a mix of Caucasian and British born Chinese teachers of some who are English-Cantonese bi-lingual: we believe that British born Chinese teachers are able to understand the cultural gap between Chinese and British culture. With an influx of English speakers with different accents into Hong Kong in recent years, our distinction is that all our teaching staff are from Britain and have British accents.
