Teachers know their students the best. They know the strength and weakness of each one of their students and do their best to facilitate their learning. However, are they using the best method to teach? Hong Kong and the top Asian countries are known for their rigid, repetitive and almost methodical ways when it comes to teaching - this is good for students with excellent memory, but students with less able memorisation tend to lag behind.
This is where our Teacher Training and Experience Sharing sessions play its part. Our sessions are comprised of classroom monitoring, feedback, and suggestions on how to use English better in the classroom, and how to provoke students to think freely and out-of-the-box when learning key concepts for different subjects. Our role is not to teach teachers how to teach - but to share different teaching experiences that work in the British Education system, so that we can enhance students learning abilities.
Students can only learn as much as the teacher is able to teach - we will help to turn good teachers into great teachers.
